At LuzViva Travel, we value your business and want to be transparent about how refunds work. Because we partner with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, all refunds are subject to the policies of those travel suppliers.
Supplier Refunds

Each airline, hotel, or other travel provider has its own rules regarding cancellations and refunds.

Some tickets, hotel stays, or packages may be non-refundable or may only be changed for a fee.

If a refund is allowed, it will be processed according to the supplier’s timeline, which may take several weeks or longer.
Agency Service Fees

Any service fees charged by LuzViva Travel (such as planning, booking, or cancellation assistance fees) are non-refundable.

These fees cover the time and expertise we provide to plan and manage your travel.
How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@luzvivatravel.com.

We will work with the supplier on your behalf to request the refund. However, final approval and the refund amount are determined by the supplier.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance policies may cover cancellations, delays, or interruptions, depending on the coverage selected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds are not available for:

“No-show” or unused services.

Non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, or package deals.

Special promotions or discounted fares.

Cancellations made after the supplier’s deadline.
