Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on October 1, 2025.
LuzViva Travel is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and an inclusive experience for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed applicable legal requirements and recognized standards for accessibility, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, to the extent applicable, Indiana’s digital accessibility obligations.
1. Scope & Commitment
-
Our commitment applies to our website, services, online tools, content, and applications.
-
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the international standard for web accessibility.
-
We also endeavor to align with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for digital content and interfaces (where applicable).
-
Though Indiana’s own law (Indiana Code 4-13.1-3) primarily mandates accessibility for state government systems, it reflects the state’s expectation of digital inclusion.
-
We acknowledge that not all content may yet be fully accessible, and we commit to ongoing improvement.
2. Measures to Support Accessibility
To improve the accessibility of our site, we have implemented or are undertaking the following:
-
Use of semantic HTML (headings, lists, landmarks) to improve structure and navigation.
-
Alternative (alt) text for informative images and aria-labels/ARIA roles where appropriate.
-
Keyboard navigation support (tab order, skip links, focus indicators).
-
Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
-
Accessible forms (labels, error messages, instructions).
-
Captioning and transcripts for multimedia content (where possible).
-
Periodic automated and manual accessibility audits.
-
Training for content creators on accessible authoring practices.
-
Collaboration with designers and developers to remediate known barriers.
-
A process to accept, track, and respond to accessibility feedback from users.
3. Known Limitations & Ongoing Work
While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may currently exist:
-
Some third-party content or embedded components may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
-
Older documents (e.g. scanned PDFs) may not be fully tagged or accessible.
-
Pages or features under development or update may temporarily lack full accessibility support.
We plan remediation as resources and priorities allow, and we aim to remove or minimize barriers as quickly as reasonably possible.
4. Feedback & Contact

6. Legal & Regulatory References
Our efforts to provide accessibility are guided by:
-
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III — requirement that public accommodations provide equal access to goods and services, including digital.
-
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — federal standard for accessibility of electronic and information technology, especially in government contexts.
-
Indiana Code § 4-13.1-3 — requiring state information technology systems that serve the public to comply with accessibility standards.
While our travel agency is not a state agency, we adopt these standards as best practice benchmarks and to align with the spirit of Indiana’s commitment to accessibility.
